Hi, I’m Natalie Zaun, certified pediatric sleep consultant, educator, and mama to three (soon to be four) little ones! I know firsthand how deeply sleep (or the lack of it) affects everything: your energy, your mood, your relationships, and how you show up as a mom.
With my first baby, I thought I had sleep figured out. By 8 weeks, she was sleeping through the night. But when my second daughter came along, nothing worked the same way, and I found myself overwhelmed, exhausted, and questioning everything. That’s when I realized: it’s not about doing everything perfectly. It’s about finding what works for your child, your family, and you.
Now, with three girls (and a baby boy on the way), a Master’s in Elementary and Special Education, and certified as a pediatric sleep consultant, I combine both personal experience and professional training to support families through one of the most challenging parts of early parenting: sleep.
My approach is gentle, connection-focused, and never asks you to ignore your instincts or leave your child to cry it out. Together, we create realistic, supportive rhythms that honor your parenting style and your child’s needs.
