The Sleep Like a Mama Collective
You can have a baby who sleeps well and still respond when they need you.
The Sleep Like a Mama Collective is a 6-week coaching experience for moms of babies 3–18 months who want longer stretches, more predictable sleep, and independent sleep skills, without a rigid, one-size-fits-all approach.
Tell me a little about your baby + what sleep looks like right now. It only takes a couple of minutes.
Imagine if…
You could help your baby become a confident sleeper, without giving up the responsive approach that feels right to you.
You could have longer, more predictable nights, and a baby sleeping through the night when they’re ready.
You could put your baby down awake knowing they have the skills to fall asleep independently.
You could have naps and a daily rhythm predictable enough to actually plan your day around.
You could know exactly what to look at and adjust when sleep suddenly gets off track.
You could respond to night wakes confidently instead of wondering whether to feed, comfort, wait, or change the schedule.
You could navigate regressions, nap transitions, travel, sickness, and schedule changes without feeling like you’re back at square one.
You could have personalized support in your corner when you feel stuck instead of trying to troubleshoot everything alone.
You could finally get more of your evenings, and your own sleep, back.
Your baby learns how to sleep well. You learn how to confidently support them when things change.
How It Works
When you join the Sleep Like a Mama Collective, we’ll start by looking at the full picture of your baby’s sleep and creating a personalized sleep plan around your baby, your family, and your goals.
From there, we’ll spend six weeks working through my SLM 7 Method together, with weekly coaching, daily personalized support, and real-time troubleshooting along the way. So instead of being handed a plan and left to figure it out, you’ll have me there to help you adjust, troubleshoot, and know exactly what to do next.
The Collective gives you the plan + support to create better sleep and actually understand how to maintain it:
Personalized Sleep Plan: A clear, customized plan based on your baby’s age, current sleep, temperament, your family, and the goals you’re working toward.
The SLM 7 Method: My step-by-step framework: Understand, Prepare, Rhythm, Confidence, Sleep Skills, Troubleshoot + Real Life, for building healthy sleep skills that last beyond our six weeks together.
Daily Personalized Support: Ask questions, share updates, and get customized guidance as you implement your plan and things inevitably change along the way.
Weekly Coaching: Live coaching and troubleshooting so we can work through naps, nights, schedules, setbacks, transitions, and those “okay, what do I do now?” moments together.
Tools + Resources: Age-specific schedules, routines, troubleshooting guides, scripts, and resources you can use throughout the program and come back to as your baby grows.
Supportive Community: A space with other moms working toward the same thing, better sleep without abandoning the responsive approach that feels right for their family.
Who It’s For:
You’re a mom of a baby 3–18 months dealing with frequent night wakings, short naps, bedtime battles, or unpredictable sleep.
You’ve tried the tips, saved the reels, and taken everyone’s advice — but still aren’t sure what your baby actually needs.
You’re exhausted from constantly guessing, troubleshooting, and wondering if you’re doing something wrong.
You want a gentle, step-by-step approach to better sleep without feeling forced into cry it out.
You want your baby to build healthy, independent sleep skills while still protecting connection and responding to their needs.
What You’ll Learn:

How to build an age-appropriate daily rhythm that supports better naps, bedtime + overnight sleep.
How to help your baby fall asleep independently with a responsive approach that still allows for comfort and connection.
